A recreation center 14 km from the city of Grodno is offered for sale. It is located on the outskirts of the village of Zhilici with access to the staircase zone and on the banks of the Neman River.
The base is located on a land plot of 0.8898 hectares, intended for the construction and maintenance of a complex for the provision of recreational services on a lease basis. The territory of the complex is clean and landscaped, kept in proper condition: between the houses the paths are paved with tiles, landscaping with coniferous plants has been carried out.
Access to the recreation center is carried out along a gravel road (800 meters). Convenient access roads, a parking space and a fenced area create comfort and all conditions for a good rest. During construction, it was possible to preserve the natural landscape, which allows guests to enjoy relaxation surrounded by coniferous forest.
The base includes:
— three houses for temporary accommodation of vacationers (total area – 76.7 sq. m., 97.8 sq. m., 76.9 sq. m.);
-bathhouse (total area – 66.6 sq.m.);
— banquet hall (total area – 280.0 sq. m.);
— pierce.
All buildings occupy half of the total territory. There is space for the development of various types of leisure. And all this is far from the noisy highway and city bustle.
High-quality materials were used during construction. All buildings are equipped to modern requirements, have bathrooms with showers, cold and hot water supply and heating. Each lodge has all the necessary – wardrobes, beds, bedside tables, sofa, table, as well as a dining area and kitchen with induction cooker and refrigerator. Each lodge has a terrace for outdoor recreation.
Description of structural elements and engineering systems: foundation – concrete; walls – blocks gas silicate; partitions – ceramic bricks and gas silicate blocks; floors – wood; roof – metal tiles; floors – tiles; windows and doors – double-glazed windows; exterior wall decoration – wood cladding, thermal insulation panel cladding; interior decoration – wood cladding, ceramic tile cladding.
For a comfortable stay, all necessary communications have been carried out: centralized power supply –, power 380 kW, water supply – water tower, water heater – flow channel; sewerage – autonomous system; local heating –, long-burning solid fuel boiler.
