The villa is equipped with a floor heating system in all rooms, it is fully air-conditioned, a WIFI network is available, as well as cable and satellite television.

 There are several pebble beaches in the area, and the island of Ugljan is very well connected to the mainland being right opposite Zadar. Ferry lines are very frequent to the urban center of Zadar city.
Perfect isolated still close to mainland and Zadar airport. 

NOTE: There is a possibility to buy neighbouring similar villa too (price is 1 250 000 eur as well).
