Tugare, Naklice, building and agricultural land 1,528 m2
This combined land, partly construction and partly agricultural, with a total area of 1,528 m2, is located in the area of Ogradica in the town of Naklice near Tugar, only 20 km away from Split.
It consists of 4 connected plots, regular rectangular shape, total length 72m and total width 24m. It is located close to the road, which ensures easy access by car almost to the land itself, and the remaining quite small part to the land is an almost 2m paved wide field road that has the potential for expansion.
The land is stepped and quite gently sloping, which enables optimal use of sunlight for the cultivation of agricultural crops. Due to the gentle slope, it also offers a beautiful and unobstructed view of the surrounding nature.

On the land there are olive trees overgrown with various wild trees and bushes, and with remodeling and cleaning, the land can be suitable for agricultural purposes and the cultivation of various agricultural crops, as well as for an orchard or olive grove.
It is important to note that all the neighboring lands have been cultivated and there are cherry, fig and olive groves and various vegetables on them.
Naklice is a quiet village between Tugar and Omiš and exudes the traditional charm of Dalmatia. They are located in the middle of green hills, forests and fertile fields, creating an ideal environment for nature lovers. To the west, the view extends over Perun, and to the east, the vista opens towards Omis Dinara and Biokovo.
The area is known for its fertile land and the cultivation of agricultural crops, and it is abundant in cultivated areas and plantations of various vegetables and olives, cherries, figs and almonds.
Omiš, which is only a few minutes’ drive away, offers beautiful beaches, a rich history and a variety of activities and events.
The surrounding nature provides an ideal environment for various types of sports activities as well as hiking along the famous hiking trails of Dinara and Biokovo in Omis.
