Payment scheme:
-2,000 euros reservation fee (valid for 30 days) + signing an agreement with the developer;
-1st instalment: 50% of the cost of the apartment, within 30 days, counting from the date of payment of the reservation fee and signing of the contract;
-2nd instalment: 50% of the cost of the apartment - interest-free instalment up to 6 months from the date of the first instalment


Instalment payment option:

-Installment plan up to 3 years after the end of the interest-free period: 6% increase in price for the balance of the amount. 
-Installment for more than 3 years and up to a maximum of 7 years after the end of the interest-free period: 9% increase in price for the balance of the amount. 
The buyer receives ownership of the property in the form of a Notarial Act after full payment of the value of the property. 

Annual support fee in the complex: 12 euros per sq.m. with VAT, calculated in accordance with the total area of the apartment (residential area+area of common parts).
