The planning scheme is characterized by a step rise of the dwellings by half level. On the other side of the exterior the buildings follow in a step rise the slope of the terrain. The structure intended for living is composed of 8 buildings. A total number of 172 apartments of 40 to 450 sq.m., planned for one, two, three and four roomed apartments and mezzanine are situated in the buildings.
