-3rd contribution: 10% of the value of the apartment until 31.12.2026;
4th contribution: 30% of the value of the apartment up to 30 days after receipt of Act 15;
5th installment: 20% of the value of the apartment up to 30 days after receipt of Act 16.

Deferred payment:
