At the buyer's request, it is possible to sell the apartment fully furnished.

By summer 2023. buildings will be completed to the rough construction stage (Act 14)

Payment scheme
Option to pay in installments during construction:
-Deposit
-40% - upon signing the preliminary agreement
-30% - upon receipt of Act 14
-20% - upon receipt of Act 15
-10% - upon receipt of Act 16
