The building is heated by a high-performance liquid-fuel three-way floor boiler Ferroli Atlas D 30 K 100 with a cast iron heat exchanger for a supercharging burner designed for heating a room with an area of up to 300 sq.m and heating water. The maximum useful power of the boiler is 30 kW, efficiency is 94.0%, efficiency class 3 according to the European standard TN92/42CEE, equipped with a self-diagnostic microprocessor and an anti-freezing system, it has a 100-liter stainless steel boiler for GVS a separate underground two-wall tank with a capacity of 5 cubic meters for the storage of diesel fuel. The heating system is filled with ethylene glycol.

The water supply of the object is provided by its own artesian well, the well debit is 60m.cub/day.

Household sewerage - local. Local Oleopak treatment plants are used for the treatment of production and wastewater.

The power supply of petrol stations and adjacent territory is carried out from its own KTP, the design capacity is 100 kW. From the CTP of the enterprise to the TP-313 Stolbtsovsky REC, an air high voltage LEP 10kV is laid, which allows to significantly increase the already available capacity of the facility.

Air exchange in the building provides a forced ventilation system, and comfortable conditions - air conditioning system. For security reasons, the object is equipped and connected to a round-the-clock fire and security alarm system, automatic fire extinguishing systems are installed in utility rooms, on the territory of the facility there are fire tanks with water with a total capacity of 150 cubic meters (6*25). A video surveillance system has been installed in the building of the petrol station and throughout the complex.

For the release of petroleum products, 2 fuel dispensing columns of the Quntium 510 series of the suction type of the company “Tokheim” are installed. Each TRK is designed for 4 types of petroleum products and 8 hoses. The speed of supply of petroleum product to each hose is 40l/min, and for two hoses of the module HS (diesel) - 80 l/min, accuracy class (error) +/- 0.25%. Elaflex fuel dispensing cranes type ZVA Slimline2, Elaflex bursting safety couplings, Elaflex low-temperature dispensing hoses, liquid crystal displays, dose deceleration valves, reusable plastic filters, total mechanical counters.

The reserve fleet for the storage of petroleum products consists of tanks of horizontal double-walled BWG-75 (three-section 15+40+20) and BWG-75 (two-section 45+30), with a total capacity of 150 cubic meters. Interwall prostrasnstvo of these tanks is filled with coolant (tosol). The tanks are equipped with a vapour recovery system, breathing valves. On the territory of the reservoir park there is a production sewerage with access to the reservoir of emergency straits of oil products with a capacity of 6 meters..

All facilities and equipment available on the territory of the petrol station have undergone routine maintenance in accordance with the rules of operation of the petrol station and are in excellent condition.
