I found GEO through an online platform, and then I directly contacted the company's founder, Elias. Elias is a very kind and patient person. Many projects that his colleagues couldn't get in touch with, he actively helped me pursue. Currently, I have chosen the pre-sale plan, and Elias did not charge me any brokerage fees. He also helped me apply for the property and communicate with the developer, for which I am truly grateful 🙏. With his assistance, all the procedures were simple, convenient, and easy to handle. I didn’t need to go anywhere and could complete everything from home. Three years later, after my house is handed over, I will come back to leave another review. Несколько раз имел дело с Элиасом (или с Ильей, как его имя можно перевести для русскоязычной аудитории) на протяжении длительного времени. Обратились к специалисту месяц назад. Очень довольны работой и особенно оперативностью. Ответ поступил в течение нескольких минут и было предложено несколько вариантов. Выбранная квартира оказалась даже лучше, чем на фото. Все фото были актуальные. Квартиру выбрали буквально минут за 5. Спасибо )
