In the vicinity of the large village of 8752 Zalakomar, in the area of the Hall of the district of Nadkanizh, a land plot of 291,645 m2 (about 29 hectares) is put up for sale, which a few years ago was used for peat mining.
Due to the sunny location of the property in the south of Hungary, as well as after the corresponding process of change of purpose (which must be initiated by the owner before sale), this site will be an ideal place for installation of solar panels (possibly industrial development). There used to be peat at the site. At present, it is still possible to collect peat worth about 150,000,000 forints at the facility. In the immediate vicinity, there are high-voltage lines for the possible transmission of the generated solar energy.
The current purpose of the site in Zalakomar is a peat quarry, a swamp (currently not an industrial zone).
Location:
Although the settlement of Zalakomar has existed for a long time, in its current form it was established only in 1969, when Kiscomarom and Komarvaros merged. Zalakomar is located 18 km northeast of Nagykanichi. The area crosses Autobahn 7.
Route 6831 runs from north to south through Kiscomarom, from which road 7511 branches in the direction of Galambok, Nadrechsche and Nagykaniz. From there, road 7521 branches off towards Zalakarosh on the outskirts. The main route in Komarvaros is the 6805 road between Marzali and Galambok. Road 68 170 connects the village to the nearest exit from the M7 highway.
Attention:
This property is offered for sale by ImmoTrading GmbH on behalf of a Hungarian business partner.
