AMRA Residences by Citi Developers is part of AMRA Wellness Resort, billed as the world’s first integrative wellness resort. The project consists of three elegant towers located on the Al Raudah coast in Umm el Qaiwain, next to a lagoon and mangrove forests.

For the purchase of real estate in AMRA Residences by Citi Developers, there is a 70/30 installment plan with a postpayment for 3 years after completion of construction. The delivery of the complex is scheduled for the 4th quarter of 2028.
