CONSTRUCTION TECHNICAL INFORMATION
We also use the latest technology and modern design materials in our project. Our most important point is to offer ISOLATION - CORRECT PLAN & QUALITY OF LIFE.
BUILDING FOUNDATION
The foundation starts from 3 meters below the ground. After filling the pit with rock pieces, it was pressed with the help of dozer and roller. After the 100 cm foundation wall was built, 2 layers of insulation were made inside and the drainage system was established. After the foundation spider was laid with 18 mm iron, the foundation was reinforced with 120 cm concrete. The isolation process of the foundation curtain wall was strengthened with a liquid membrane and protected with the help of 4 cm styrofoam.
INSULATION BETWEEN FLOOR
The distance between the two decks between the floors is 300 cm and there is a net insulation between the two floors. 7 cm screed, 7 cm concrete, 25 cm styrofoam and 3 cm plaster are applied.
WALLS
20 insulated pumices are used on the exterior of our building. The material called Blok Bims, which we use in the interior of our building in the flat partitions, is the product with the NATIONAL TECHNICAL APPROVAL certificate in Turkey, which provides 52 db sound insulation of 20 cm. The room sections of the flat are built with horizontally perforated 10.0 cm Bricks. Thanks to the lightness of the material, it does not bring extra burden to our building and is TSE approved and IS A1 CLASS FLAMMABLE PRODUCT.
KITCHEN & BATHROOMS
Our counters are marble and the cabinets are made of highglass material. The batteries used are made of stainless chrome material.
INTERIOR STAIRS AND BALCONIES
Our building entrance and stairs are made of marble. The glass aluminum joinery we use in our balconies creates a spacious environment.
FLOOR & CEILING
We use ceramics in all our rooms in the flat. The interior of the building and the interiors of the flats are designed as suspended ceilings.
WINDOWS & DOORS
Our windows are colored PVC, double glazed and insulated from heat and sound. It also has the ability to be opened on both sides. Steel door with 25 point lock system will be used for our flat entrance doors. The interior room doors are designed as lacquered doors.
ROOF
The heights of the rooms falling to the attic are at a height suitable for human ergonomics and at the comfort of a normal floor. Our roof carrier system consists of steel. There will be two layers of heat insulation and water insulation in European standards. Our roof covering will be anthracite tile coating.
