Type A and Type B are not much different from each other, you can argue for a long time which of these types is more comfortable or cozy. - 1st: payment 30% (Pay within 30 days while contract signed)
- 2nd: payment 20% Within 3 months
- 3rd: payment 20% Upon unit building structure completion.
- 4th: payment 20% Upon Interior decoration completion.
- 5th: payment 10% Upon keys handover.
