The size of the plots varies from 900 m2 to 3600 m2, from 2,350,000 CZK (90,000 Euro) to 8,000,000 CZK (300,000 Euro). We also took care of those who value individuality in everything, our team of professional architects and builders will help you create the house you have always dreamed of. Urban communications are connected to all land plots: water supply, electricity, gas, Internet. This allows you to significantly reduce the cost of utility bills, equate them to payments on rent. Especially for our project, architects have created several options for villas that will satisfy all tastes. Each of these houses harmoniously fits into the environment, because we tried to use natural materials to the maximum. Zámeckézahrady Cottage is located in the southwestern part of Prague, just a 25-minute drive from the historic city centre. The entrance to the city is equipped with an expressway, which will allow you to get to your destination in a very short time and without traffic jams. Just 5 minutes from the cottage village there is a public transport stop with which you can get to the city in 30 minutes. When paying 20%, you can start working with our architects to create a residential building project and get permission to build it.
