Apartment for sale, 49.16 m², in the Kamionek tenement building from 1910, ul. Grochowska, Kamionek (Praga-Południe). The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a 3-storey building. The building is undergoing a full revitalisation in 2026.
The unit is sold in shell condition, so the interior can be designed from scratch to your own needs. It is currently one spacious room; thanks to its good proportions it can be converted into a two-room apartment or divided into two separate rooms. High ceilings typical of tenement buildings give a sense of space. North-facing.
Building: more than 20 units and 4 staircases. To the south the building directly borders Skaryszewski Park. Other units of different sizes and layouts are also available in the same building.
Location: Skaryszewski Park, cafés, restaurants and services nearby. Close to Soho Factory, Plac Konesera, PGE Narodowy stadium and SWPS University. Good transport links to other parts of the city. According to current plans, construction of the M3 metro line is due to start in 2028 with opening planned for 2032 — the building will be within convenient reach of the planned Dworzec Wschodni and Mińska stations.
An option for those who value architecture with history and want to design the interior entirely their own way. Some of the images are visualisations.
