We present an apartment of 3 rooms of 47 m2 in the heart of the green Żoliborz, at Jasnadvorska Street. The building is located in a quiet part of Sadów Żoliborskie, a settlement that still retains its green character and unique climate of this part of the city. The apartment is located on the top floor to which characteristic curly stairs lead. It is an element of architecture characteristic of Żoliborski realizations from those years, today it is quite unusual. On each floor there are only two premises, which further emphasizes the intimate character of the building. You go into a cage not from the street, but from green alleys.
