FLAT M2: Two rooms, hall, bathroom, kitchenette
We are pleased to present our new investment on Mitery Street in the historic district of Krakow, Stare Podgórze. In this project, we offer two-room apartments in a developer standard, or, upon request, we can finish the interiors on a turnkey basis and furnish them.
The building has 15 stylish apartments ranging in size from 30 to 50 m2.
The tenement house was built in 1928. It is currently undergoing a thorough modernisation, which will result in completely new apartments and a very high standard of living. A team of experienced architects and designers is working on the modernisation, creating a premium space in terms of both functionality and visual appeal.
We believe that art plays an important role in everyday life, which is why our building will feature elements that emphasise its value. Our residents will have the opportunity to interact with the works of various artists. We hope to create an inspiring environment.
The apartments in the development are sold in a developer's standard, which means that they are already finished in terms of raw materials, and their decor and interior design depend solely on the individual preferences of the future owners. Each apartment includes electrical and plumbing installations, windows and external doors, as well as connections to the television and internet networks.
Thanks to this form of sale, new owners have the opportunity to customise the finish and interior design to their needs and preferences. It is also possible to choose additional fittings, such as kitchen furniture, flooring and bathroom fixtures, allowing you to create a unique and personalised interior.
Location: the development is located in the well-connected district of Krakow – Stare Podgórze. The apartments provide quick and easy access to the city centre and other important points on the city map
