The building was built in 1956, made in the traditional brick technology characteristic of the post-war architecture of Żoliborz. The house underwent facade renovation, preserving the historical appearance and improving the technical condition.
The location is convenient for both living and renting: Park Żeromskiego is a 5-minute walk away (about 400 m), the tram and bus stop at ul. Popiełuszki is only 150 m away, the Plac Wilsona metro station is about 550 m (7 minutes on foot). There are many cafes and restaurants within walking distance, including those at Placu Wilsona (650 m), as well as the Westfield Arkadia shopping centre (900 m) and the Hala Marymoncka market (800 m).
The excellent combination of green areas and urban infrastructure makes this part of Żoliborz particularly attractive to young and active people.
