The house was built in 1992, in 2014 the heating systems and roof were replaced, and in 2023 the electrical wiring was updated.
A new fence was also installed on the plot. The house consists of three levels: ground floor, first floor and attic space prepared for adaptation.

Convenient access to Puławska Street, expressways S2 and S8. Warsaw city center is 20 minutes by car, the airport is 10 minutes, the American School of Warsaw is less than 20 minutes.
