The house is located in a well-connected part of the city, next to Urząd Dzielnicy Białołęka and Galeria Północna. The plot is fenced and has a trapezoid shape. The house was built in the 70s, expanded in the late 80s - early 90s.
The building consists of two above-ground floors and a raised basement with full height. On the ground floor there is a staircase, entrance hall, living room, guest room, kitchen and bathroom. On the second floor there are three bedrooms, a bathroom and a dressing room. In the basement there is a garage for one car and three rooms with small windows, previously used as an office with a reception area and a bathroom. Access to the basement is possible both from the house and through a separate entrance from the garden side.
The house requires repairs to bring it up to modern standards. All city utilities are connected. The entrance is an asphalt road. There is a parking space for two cars on the site, two more can be parked in front of the fence.
