Commercial real estate located in Łódź, in the north-eastern part of the town, in the area between Strykowska and Wycieczkowa streets, in the vicinity of the Rogi settlement. The plot is equipped with connections of all available networks: electricity, water supply, gas and sewage. Two brick production and storage buildings are placed on the property, in which the confectionery business is currently carried out. The first is a building with a construction area of 179.80m2, a usable area of 218.80 m2, a two-storey, non-backed, made in traditional technology, was created in 1982. Foundations and benches poured out of concrete, brick walls, reinforced concrete floors, window and door roofs- type Klein, strpodach- ventilated, covered with heat-sealed papa, window joinery -PVC, door joinery- aluminum. The second, ground floor area of 153.10 m2, the utility area of 127.70 m2, adjacent to the first building. Built in 1984 Foundations and benches poured out of concrete, ceramic brick walls, full, heated with Styrofoam 10cm, reinforced concrete ceiling, superstructure with prefabricated reinforced concrete beams, strpodach-ventilated, covered with thermo-heated papa, window and door-aluminal joinery. Entry into the storage room – garage doors, raised, type Hormann. On the ground floor of the building are two cold and freezing rooms from Viessmann. Both buildings were partially modernised between 2003 and 2004 and subsequently renovated and modernised in 2022 and 2023 to adapt the buildings to their production. Additional drains have been created. The building includes a gas stove, a rotary furnace for large heat recovery and an electric batch furnace. An alarm system has been deployed.
