Both buildings were partially modernized in 2003-2004, and then in 2022-2023. renovation and modernization were carried out to modernize and adapt the buildings to the production carried out. Additional drains were created. The building contains, among other things, a gas furnace, a rotary furnace providing high heat recovery and an electric batch furnace. An alarm system has been installed. The areas of individual rooms and their purpose are shown in the illustrative drawings.
