A4.2 MW/U The plan specifies the use of multi-family residential areas and services (MW/U): (1) In the MW/U areas, the plan shall establish (a) The preservation and development of the multi-family housing function – of multi-family housing development; (b) the preservation and development of – service functions of commercial service developments (except stations petrol), catering, crafts, offices, administration, financial services, communications and mail, culture, education and health and social welfare services. 2) In the MW/U areas, the plan allows for the development of collective housing functions in the field of hotels and guesthouses. 3) On MW sites, the plan precludes locating a.
