Description of the investment

Osiedle Kociewskie III is a modern complex of 3 buildings with an intimate character associated with low, up to 3 storeys, buildings and large distances between individual buildings. This solution provides residents with sufficient space and a sense of privacy. To ensure the daily comfort of residents, the buildings were equipped with elevators. As part of the project, a room for trolleybuses was also built.

The complex provides ground-level parking spaces for residents.

Osiedle Kociewskie III consists of 3 buildings with a total of 141 apartments. Compact and large apartments are offered, ranging from 34 to almost 65 sq. m. Thanks to well-thought-out interior layouts, two-, three- and four-room apartments were created. Apartments on the ground floor have private gardens, which will allow you to organize a unique space for rest and relaxation every day. The upper floors feature spacious balconies.

The area is located at the intersection of national roads 22 and 91, and the A1 motorway, which is part of the European route E75, runs through it. The area is served by the PKS and PKP lines, as well as the high-speed urban railway.
