The project is located in the quarter of Voloska, Marinarsk, Domanevsk and Postepu streets, opposite Westfield Mokotów. This area successfully combines the modern functionality of Sluzhevets with the proximity of parks and attractions of Old Mokotov. A few minutes on foot or by bike – and you have everything you need for a comfortable urban life.
The project includes green and water infrastructure, which significantly improves the quality of life in urban environments. Public recreation areas occupy an important place in the project: 1.5 hectares of urban park along Voloska Street and 2.1 hectares of greenery inside the complex.
The lime alley that runs through the block is the centerpiece of the project. It is a linear park with pedestrian and bicycle paths, green areas for relaxation and many cozy corners for relaxation.

The entrance halls of the house are decorated with decorative structural paints, the floors are lined with terrazzo-style tiles, and the subdued lighting creates an elegant atmosphere when entering each apartment. Entrance areas are distinguished by lacquered metal in an elegant champagne color and an individually designed pattern on architectural concrete.
The meticulously decorated stairwells and elevator halls fully correspond to the style of the building. Additional elevators in high parts of the building enhance comfort of use, especially on the upper floors.
