Each of the proposed segments comprises two floors with a total size of approximately 101 m2. As of today, the middle segments are left on sale. On the ground floor we have a living room with a dining room, or if there is a need instead of a dining room we can have a fifth room – a study on the ground floor. Next to the living room we have a kitchenette with a window and a bathroom. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. In the non-utilised attic we will have space for storing things. Behind the house we have space for a fenced garden and in front of the house a driveway for two cars will be prepared.

The house will be built of ceramic brick – hollow block. It will be insulated with 20cm thick graphite styrofoam, the roof will be insulated with mineral wool on the slope. Each house has a heat pump installed in the price. The pump has been installed in the mezzanine under the stairs, so it does not take up valuable space in the house. Each house has separate billing. Mechanical ventilation – recuperation – will be installed in the segments. There will be underfloor heating throughout (each room will be equipped with a separate thermostat), and in the bathrooms there will be an additional outlet for ladder radiators – for drying towels.
