Our tenement house has 5 floors and consists of two parts. The first part is the street. Podgórna 11, and the second part is Podgórna 13. Each part has its own independent staircase with elevators, and the total number of apartments is 43. The height of the apartments on floors 1 to 4 is - 3.10 m, while on floor 5 their height is 3. .00 m. We deliver them to a higher development standard, with wooden windows and air conditioning. There will be storage rooms on level -1, and on the ground floor there will be restaurants (FOOD HALL) serving the best cuisines in the world, and a cafe with a confectionery shop. On the 1st floor there is a luxurious BAR and boutique office space. Importantly, to ensure the comfort of every owner of an apartment in our tenement house, the residential part will be available only to the owners. Outsiders using the restaurant or other services in the tenement house will not have access to the residential part.
