23 m² for one person. It doesn’t pretend to be an apartment, but it has a few things larger flats often lack.
For rent: a renovated studio at ul. Targowa 26/30 in Praga, on the 1st floor of a 1978 building. For someone who doesn’t need much space but cares about three things: a great location, quiet and a sense of security.
Who is it for?:
For someone who wants to be on the metro a few minutes after leaving home, but doesn’t want to come back to a flat above a noisy street or in a random building without access control. Especially good for one person working or studying in Warsaw.
The apartment:
Compact but well used. One space holds a living area with a comfortable sofa bed, a work area and an equipped kitchenette. Large windows bring in plenty of light and face the quieter side, so the flat is surprisingly quiet for this part of town. The kitchen has a fridge and dishwasher, among other things. Shower in the bathroom.
What makes a big difference at 23 m²: a separate utility room with a washing machine belongs to the flat – use it as a laundry, drying room, pantry or storeroom. The tenant also has an extra room in the basement. No need to keep suitcases, the vacuum cleaner, supplies, sports gear or seasonal items in the flat.
Security is a real advantage: fenced grounds, reception with security, CCTV, intercom and lifts.
Location:
Here the location makes up for every missing metre. Stadion Narodowy metro station is about 350 m away – roughly a 5-minute walk. Even closer, 70–100 m, are the Kijowska stops with many trams and buses, so you can easily manage without a car. Warszawa Stadion and Warszawa Wschodnia stations are nearby, with quick access to the centre and the rest of Praga.
