The retreat is planned and consists of:
- Living room with kitchenette - 17 sq m - exit from the living room to the balcony, approximately 8 sq m, wooden panels on the living room floor, the living room is equipped with a sofa, coffee table, 2 armchairs, TV cabinet and TV. The room faces west. Bright kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen appliances and household appliances (fridge-freezer, gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, table with four chairs and basic kitchenware - dishes, cutlery, pots).
- Bedroom with east exposure - 14.6 sq m, wooden floor, very spacious wardrobes and built-in cabinets, bed with LED backlight, and a large mirror with a suspended shelf;
- The hall is approx. 8.8 sq m - there is a spacious wardrobe, shoe cabinets, hooks for jackets, there is also a small room for storing necessary household appliances such as a vacuum cleaner and a mop;
- Bathroom - 5.2 sq m - with bathtub, shower, sink and toilet. Furnished rooms, ready to move in. The apartment includes a parking space in the underground garage for an additional fee of PLN 200/month.
Rental terms: Required occasional lease agreement, Tenant's liability insurance, rent: PLN 3,300 plus administrative rent: approx. PLN 900 (including, among others, the costs of garbage collection, advance payment for water and heating). Additionally, electricity is paid according to consumption. Pets welcome (dogs, cats).
