There are all communications on the street: sewerage, electricity, water, gas, fiber optic. The land plot plan includes residential and commercial development.
Main purpose: residential single and multi-apartment buildings of various forms: detached, double and row houses, multi-apartment buildings only in the form of small residential buildings up to six apartments in a detached building.

Building height for residential buildings up to three above-ground floors, i.e. ground floor, floor and residential attic space; for commercial buildings up to two above-ground floors.
The minimum size of the construction site for a single-storey building is 600 m2, for an ordinary building 350 m2.
Parking of cars should be carried out on the territory of the investor's own site. Principles of space formation: high-rise dominants are not allowed. The building lines are defined at a minimum distance of 5.0 m from the lines dividing the street network.
Conditions for the protection of the natural area: the method of installation and basement equipment of buildings should take into account difficult ground and water conditions.
Technical infrastructure: it is allowed to place local pumping stations for wastewater, transformer substations of 15/0.4 kV.
This is a very rapidly developing Marek district. Almost everywhere there are new buildings and the neighborhood with the Lengi Charney Strugi Nature Reserve, a great place for close communication with nature.
