This palazzo has been a labour of love and is one of the few Palazzos that has been reinstated after being split into different properties in the late 1800’s. The Palazzo after being put back together has been joined with a farmhouse, the property is freehold. It is joined with an eight-car garage (leased long term) which has plans for part of it as a gym. The building permit covering the property is for a large 4 or 5 bedroom residence and is now structurally complete. It has been restored to a very high standard, for example the ground floor was excavated 0.5m to place down a lime screed followed by igloos to ensure airflow beneath the build up of the floor to ensure no rising moisture.
