According to the plan, the boutique is a hotel, but it is possible to make a beautiful luxury family villa for a large family.
The name "Rifugio del Sole" translates as "Sun Refuge". This name reflects several key aspects of your boutique hotel:
1. Relationship to nature:
The name highlights the hotel’s unique location, giving guests the opportunity to enjoy both sunrises and sunsets. It evokes associations with nature, light and warmth, creating an aura of peace and tranquility.2 The "Shelter" indicates safety and protection, which is especially true for a building with a rich history, which has withstood centuries of change and the test of time. The word "del" gives the name a touch of elegance and tradition.3 Sense of comfort and hospitality: Shelter is a place where you can find peace and relaxation. This name is associated with comfort and care for guests, creating a friendly and warm atmosphere.4 Panoramic views: "Sun" in the title reminds of incredible panoramic views: from bright sunrises to saturated sunsets, which can be seen from the hotel. This can be a key distinguishing feature that attracts guests looking for scenic landscapes.5 Emotional response: The name evokes positive emotions and associations, it can help create unforgettable experiences for guests and strengthen their connection with the place.
"Rifugio del Sole" offers guests not just a place to stay, but a whole journey and experience, where nature, history and comfort are intertwined in one unique space.
In 1458, Abbot Georgius Pelino, a clergyman, businessman, and diplomat from the region’s richest Benedictine abbey, Santa Maria de Rotezo, donated the land and 75 ducats to his assistant and pharmacist, Antony Belli, to build a house. This was a reward for his services in the treatment of monks and sick parishioners in the monastery. The construction of the house was completed in 1463.
The walls of this house have witnessed many events: wars, earthquakes, various restructurings and even the change of peoples and states. These lands passed into the possession of various empires: Turks, Austro-Hungarians, French and others.
In 2020, reconstruction began. The walls of the ancient house have been preserved in their original form, which continue to protect residents from strong mountain winds from the north, northwest and northeast sides. To the south, panoramic windows open stunning views of the beauty of the sea and the mountains surrounding the house. This place fills with the strength and energy of the people living in it. Antonio Belli chose this place almost 600 years ago.
Residence permit in Montenegro and legal support of the purchase transaction is a bonus from our lawyer.
