How the purchase happens
Step 1
Accommodation booking – a non-refundable deposit of 10,000 or 20,000 euros (depending on the unit price) is made and a booking agreement is signed.
STEP 2
Completion of booking - Housing is reserved in the name of the buyer, and the Purchaser is sent a Sale Agreement with the terms of purchase and information package.
Information package includes: real estate plan,
condominium and settlement rules, building permit,
payment schedule and technical specifications.
Step 3
Signing of the Sale Agreement in English and/or Montenegrin within 30 days of booking, after which the deposit is credited as a down payment. There is a notarization of SPA.
Step 4
Transfer
After receiving full payment and notarization, an official transfer takes place.
