How does the purchase happen?
STEP 1
Reservation of accommodation - a non-refundable deposit of 10,000 or 20,000 euros (depending on the unit price) is paid and a Reservation Agreement is signed. STEP 2
Completion of Reservation - The Accommodation is reserved in the Buyer's name and the Buyer is sent a Purchase Agreement containing the terms of purchase and an information pack. The information package includes: estate plan,
condominium and village rules, building permits,
payment schedule and technical specifications.STEP 3
Signing of the Sales and Purchase Agreement in English and/or Montenegrin languages within 30 days from the date of booking, after which the deposit is credited to the first payment. The SPA is notarized. STEP 4
Transfer
Once full payment has been received and notarized, the official transfer occurs. Payment options:
OPTION 1 - 100% payment of the full amount
OPTION 2:
50% upon signing the Sales and Purchase Agreement (SPA)
