Restaurant with fully equipped kitchen is on the ground floor, with capacity to obtain the entire complex. The restaurant can also operate as an "a la carte" restaurant.



The swimming pool is in the front yard, on a ground floor level, covered with a pergola and decorative greenery. The apartments are furnished and fully equipped.



The complex has its own parking area.
