HOTEL IN PETROVAC, MONTENEGRO, is under construction. There are all the building permits. It consists of two separate buildings (H1 and H2), connected by a passage (overground). One of the main highways of the city passes under this passage. The hotel can contain 106 hotel units / maximum 133 hotel units, garage spaces in both buildings, several restaurants and bars, a recreation center, SPA, pubs and VIP areas and the largest conference potential of all the hotels in Petrovac. The hotel is located in the center of Petrovac, about 130 meters from the city beach. 5 * hotels have the advantage of renting the beach area for a beach hotel, as required by law.
