The basis of the concept of the object is the unification of the most important aspects of modern real estate – functionality, environmental friendliness, as well as the convenience of its location and developed infrastructure. The architecture of the building is dominated by modern solutions and trends, while the combination of materials is designed in such a way that the building perfectly harmonizes with the surrounding landscape.
The building consists of 2 floors.
The 1st floor of the building is two halls of 250 m2 each.
The 2nd floor is one large hall, which is currently used as an office space.
On the upper level of the building there is a landscaped terrace of 450 m2. In the summer of 2013, a 140 m2 glass conference hall was added to the same level.
Staircase on 4 levels of black granite. Specially designed and manufactured lamps for this project. All communications – heating, electricity and weak currents are built into the floor. The floor is made by special technology. All available land area of 1060 m2 is completely built up.
The building is economical in maintenance, gas heating (Wiesemann boiler), a powerful ventilation and cooling system - the Swedish Envistar system, its well - 127 m deep, exclusive finishing, German plumbing. 2 lines of optical cable - Lattelecom, Telia. Powerful server. Property and land tax per month is 500 euros, as it is a commercial development area.
The ideal location of the facility is only 5 minutes by car to Riga International Airport, 15 minutes to the center of Jurmala, 15 minutes to the center of Riga. Across the street is the new US embassy building. Nearby are Statoil, Lexus Rīga salons, Wess motors Toyota, Gross auto.
The building was commissioned in autumn 2009. The project was nominated for the Architectural Award of the Year. The technical design of the building was made in Germany. The building was built as an art salon. A building of monolithic concrete and glass. The interior decoration of the walls and columns is open specially processed concrete. Parking at zero level is provided for 16 cars, there is also parking along the building.
