Luxury villa on the sea in Pula (Apulia). Needing repairs.

Three kilometers from the sea and from the center of one of the resort villages of Puglia, a two-storey house built in the late 19th century with a total area of 1024 sq.m. with a terrace and an ancient oil factory on the first floor is sold.

There are three more buildings on the site: a stable, a dovecote and a barbecue oven. In total, the plot has 159 hectares (15900 acres) of land, of which 58 are planted with centuries-old olive trees.
