In the beautiful setting of Gargnano, we propose a completely renovated farmhouse with fine finishes, a large garden and internal courtyards, all accompanied by a breathtaking lake view. Originally built as a dwelling, it is currently used as a B&B. The property is on three levels: On the ground floor are large cellars with vaulted ceilings. On the mezzanine floor is a large living room with kitchen, a bedroom with private bathroom and cloakroom. On the second floor we find three large double bedrooms with private bathrooms and mezzanines. From all parts of the property there is a magnificent view of the lake. During renovation, the use of materials such as stone and wood, typical of Gardesana houses, was favoured. In the surrounding area there are enchanting landscapes to discover: Toscolano Maderno with the open-air museum of the Valley of the Paper Mills and the Roman villa; Gargnano with its local and small shops, its artistic treasures such as the cloister of San Francesco, dating back to the 12th century. Gardone Riviera, a romantic village with a modern lake promenade, the Vittoriale, the villa and the park created by the eccentric poet Gabriele D'Annunzio, and the botanical garden of Andrè Heller; Salò, with the longest lake promenade in the whole of Lake Garda; the medieval historical centre, which attracts the public thanks to the numerous shops of famous Italian designers. The great cities of art such as nearby Brescia, Verona and Mantua are all worth a visit.
