The house (440 sq.m.) was built in the late 19th century from stone.
- First floor: hallway with living room, kitchen with fireplace, living room with fireplace, two bedrooms (potentially convertible into one large suite) and bathroom;
- Second floor: four bedrooms with double beds, one with bathroom, bedroom with single bed.
A few meters from the house is a small two-storey building, the upper level of which is used as a boutique (20 square meters), where the company's products are sold, and the lower floor occupies a garage. In front of the house there is a shed (70 square meters), which is used as a canopy for tools and vehicles used on the land.
The basement (400 sq.m.) consists of an elevated plot (divided into two blocks), which houses administrative rooms with a toilet, a small wine tasting room, a room with winemaking tanks, a dressing room for workers with a toilet and a laboratory. The underground section, which therefore guarantees a constant and optimal temperature, is almost entirely occupied by rooms for barrels and barriques, as well as some deposits. The roof of the building is covered with a photovoltaic system (20 kWh).
LAND PART
The company covers about 16 hectares of land. The most interesting part is certainly the vineyard (5.6 ha), which consists of numerous varieties and is capable of producing up to 15,700 bottles per year.
The small olive grove (0.4 ha) consists of about 60 trees planted between the 1960s and 2000s and capable of producing small amounts of oil.
Arable land (only 6 hectares) consists of two separate areas, one of which is much larger than the other. In this regard, it is interesting to note how this second part (about 5 hectares), adjacent to an existing vineyard, will be ideal for planting more rows of vineyards.
The remaining area (about 4 hectares) is occupied by parts ranging from arable land, forests, uncultivated farmland, orchards and fruit trees with sufficient space to build a swimming pool.
