The SENSE is the first community resort in Bali with its own artificial Flow Rider wave and a 360° panoramic rooftop pool. The project will be implemented in Nuanu Creative City and will become part of the city’s large-scale ecosystem of 44 hectares. The concept will combine the entrepreneurial environment, resort infrastructure and investment potential of one of the most dynamic clusters of the island.

- own management company and manager for working with business communities.
Residents will have access to the entire infrastructure of Nuanu Creative City: restaurants and bars, a fitness cluster, parks and gardens, a beach club and spa centers. The city also has museums, art galleries, concert venues and educational spaces. The complex will be focused on master classes, business meetings and international events.
The SENSE will be located in a picturesque and quiet part of Nuanu, near an authentic black sand beach. Within walking distance is the ocean and the beach club. The road to Changu district will take about 15 minutes, to Tanah Lot temple - about 10 minutes. The location combines natural surroundings, privacy and proximity to key points on Bali’s west coast.
