The SENSE — the first community resort in Bali with its own artificial wave Flow Rider and a panoramic rooftop pool with a 360° view. The project will be implemented on the territory of Nuanu Creative City and will become part of the city’s large-scale ecosystem with an area of 44 hectares. The concept will unite the business environment, resort infrastructure and investment potential of one of the most dynamically developing clusters of the island.

Residents will have access to the entire infrastructure of Nuanu Creative City: restaurants and bars, a fitness cluster, parks and gardens, a beach club and spa centers. The city also houses museums, art galleries, concert venues and educational spaces. The complex will be focused on holding master classes, business meetings and international events.
The SENSE will be located in a picturesque and quiet part of Nuanu, near an authentic black sand beach. The ocean and beach club are within walking distance. It will take about 15 minutes to get to the Canggu area, to the Tanah Lot temple — about 10 minutes. The location combines natural surroundings, privacy and proximity to key points on the west coast of Bali.
