Each maisonette is equipped with 3 air-conditions, a kitchen (choice from the customer), installation of electric heating floors, internal doors, external PVC doors, security entrance door, glass cover for shower, 160 litre solar heating system, pre-installation for alarm system, pre-installation for satellite TV, pre-installation for electric sunshade tents. The price for middle one maisonettes (64,5 sq. meters) – 260 000 euro, for corner ones (66 sq. meters) – 270 000 euro.  We will send plans upon the request.
