The house consists of two independent rooms with bathroom and fully equipped kitchens. The ground floor is an independent apartment of 45 sqm with one bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom.
The first and second floors have a separate entrance and include a living room, dining room, kitchen wc and two bedrooms with a balcony, view and a large bathroom. The two apartments communicate with each other by an internal staircase but are also separated by an internal door. It has its own very large garden for exclusive use with paving, dining room, garden kitchen and bbq. It is located right in front of the beach.
The popular resort village of Nea Kallikratia is located on the mainland of the Chalkidiki peninsula, just 20 minutes drive from Thessaloniki.
