The land plot with a total area of 29 063.96 sq.m is located on. Crete (Greece) outside the city limits of Chersonissos in the town "Tzigkoura".
The land is located close to the mountains, 5 minutes drive from the old square of Chersonissos. On the land plot there is an amazing plant world with old olive trees, cypresses, etc. With a beautiful view of the sea and the island of Zeus.
There is a state sign, as one of the most beautiful places of Crete.
The land plot was assembled into a single whole in two years by buying out more than ten plots of land from different owners. A large layer of fresh water has been discovered in the area under the ground, which allows it to be completely supplied with fresh water.
On one third of the land plot is a posibillity to built a premium-class villa in Mediterranean style with a swimming pool and a chapel.
