A complex of apartments for rent with a swimming pool is offered for sale.
The first building will consist of:
- a basement where storage and auxilliary spaces will be built
- ground floor, where 9 fully equipped apartments (8 single room studios with W.C and 1 double room apartment with W.C. in each room) will be built.
- First floor, on which will be built 9 fully equipped apartments (3 single room apartments with attic and W.C, 1 double room apartment with attic and W.C., 4 single room apartments with loft and W.C and 1 double room apartment with loft and W.C).
The second building will consist of:
- a basement where storage and auxilliary spaces will be built
- Ground floor, where 2 fully equipped apartments (2 single room studios with W.C, one of which will be properly equipped for people with disabilities) will be built. An internal staircase will also be constructed to access the building's floor, where the reception will be located.
-First floor, in which will be built 3 fully equipped apartments (3 single rooms with W.C and attic)
Access to the ground floor of the buildings will be done with a ramp, in the future the lift will be placed on the stairs for people with disabilities.
The furniture, like the rest of the apartments' equipment, will be in accordance with the requirements of the relevant provisions of the EOT.
