For sale, Beachfront Hotel 800 sq.m in Dassia area in the north-east of Corfu. The hotel consists of 2 two-storey buildings with 19 rooms in total. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with A/C units, TV sets, bathroom appliances. The building N1 stands on the beach and includes reception and a tavern on the ground floor, and some WC and storerooms. There are 9 rooms on the first floor, 4 of them facing the sea. Each room is around 15 sq.m. All the rooms have balconies. The building N2 is opposite, across the local common road, and includes 10 rooms on the ground and first floors, of 20-22 sq.m each, and with balconies and verandas. The total size of the land is 4000 sq.m. There is also a beach bar on the right hand side from the building and an open dining zone in front of the building N1. The garden is well-maintained, with palm trees, flower bushes. The hotel offers ouside space for yoga practice, sunbeds for relaxing stay, there is enough parking space for about 20 cars. The hotel was built in 1987, the first renovation was in 1991, the next one was in 2005 and after that it has been maintainted in good condition every year. The hotel offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. Bar and restaurant welcome customers from other hotels and the area. There is no possibility to expand the living square meters, but there is some room to build a small swimming pool. Corfu International Airport and Corfu town are less than 30 minutes' drive away.
