- Tower A will house the Hyatt Centric International Hotel, Boulevard Batumi and Business Centre, while Blocks B and C will house premium apartments. The hotel rooms will be managed by the world-renowned American luxury brand Hyatt Hotels & Resort, which has more than 1,150 hotels worldwide. From the windows there is a stunning view of the sea.
