This unique project combines the international hotel brand Hyatt Centric and the first exhibition space of the World Trade Center (WTC) in the region. The complex is located in the prestigious part of the city of Batumi, on the first coastline a minute from the sea.
The Alliance Centropolis project combines the first international exhibition center (WTC) in the region, the 5-star international hotel brand Hyatt Centric Boulevard Batumi, casinos, property investment apartments, class A business center, class A shopping center.
- Tower A will house the Hyatt Centric International Hotel, Boulevard Batumi and Business Centre, while Blocks B and C will house premium apartments. This means that during the year, one exhibition center has about 20-25 events, which on average last 3-4 days, which will contribute to the full occupancy of hotel rooms throughout the year.
The hotel rooms will be managed by the world-renowned American luxury brand Hyatt Hotels & Resort, which has more than 1,150 hotels worldwide. From the windows there is a stunning view of the sea.
