New residence in the Mahmutlar area of Alanya.
The new residence, located on the seashore in the Mahmutlar area of Alanya, is 13 km from the center of Alanya and 30 km from Gazipasa airport.
General information:
One block on an area of 2014.60 m², consists of 57 apartments and 3 shops.
Types of apartments:
21 1+1, 34 2+1, 1 3+1 and 1 4+1 penthouse.
This residence is our offer to experience life by the sea, at a distance where you can touch the sea if you reach out your hand. Throughout the project we established a visual connection with the sea. You can easily reach the sea via an underground passage in front of the project.
Our project also includes many social facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, cinema and Turkish bath.
Through modern and simple design, we have developed a functional aesthetic understanding of interior spaces. We chose minimalist architecture that will always remain modern and new, emphasizing harmony with the environment. Our apartments are designed to be spacious and bright, with balconies where you will merge with the sea, high and wide windows that let in the sun and sea.

Our apartments will be rented unfurnished.
