Q INTERCITY
The project is comprised by 11 residential blocks with 5 types of unique design buildings offering in total 131 apartments.
The linear design with the waving curves is the common feature amongst the blocks and in combination with the careful placement of buildings with different heights, they create a contemporary
neighborhood, that cannot be found elsewhere.
The residential blocks are connected with a private road network and share a clubhouse, gym, pool area, visitor parking places, landscaped gardens and children’s Playground.
Variety of apartment sizes from standard one-bedroom apartments to 3+ bedroom apartments. Where the “plus” apartments are larger in size from the standard room sizes found in the market.
The blocks are 3 and 5 floors in height and their mixture offers buildings with only 6 apartments and the maximum per block is 15 apartments.
