Location
The apartment is located in the central area of the new town of Nessebar, in close proximity to the beach and a variety of shops. This area has well-established infrastructure and many amenities for comfortable living. The old town is a 10-minute walk away.
Nessebar is located 30 km northeast of Burgas and 90 km south of Varna. Its northern neighbor is Bulgaria's largest resort, Sunny Beach. The resort's coastline is heavily divided: the Nessebar Peninsula, Cape Akrotiri, and Cape Ravda jut out into the sea.
Today's Nessebar consists of an old and a new part. The old town is located on a small rocky peninsula, which is 850 meters long, 300 meters wide and 15 meters above sea level. A highway runs along the fortified isthmus, which is 400 meters long, connecting the old and new parts of the city. In the past, the isthmus was often flooded, and Nessebar turned into an island.
The city is connected by sea with other Black Sea resorts, the closest of which is Sveti Vlas. The pier is used mainly for passenger and entertainment and tourist ships. Large passenger liners are often accommodated here.
Description of the studio apartment
The apartment is located on the first ground floor of a six-story new building with an elevator and well-kept common areas. Luxury building, located on the second line in relation to the sea and in the center of the new town of Nessebar. The building has an indoor swimming pool, a restaurant, offices. Video surveillance is installed in the corridors. The house is new, there is already act 15.
The area of the apartment is 35 sq.m., planned into an entrance hall, a spacious room with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a toilet and a terrace, which borders a pedestrian alley.
Degree of completion: fine finishing, but the bathroom has tiles on the floor and walls.
