Building Maintenance and Support
Customers will pay a contribution for supporting the building, which will be indicated when notarized, and will be determined on the basis of:
0.30 BG1> without VAT ( per m2 per month.
Support will include:

-Flist and support of common and public parts of the building;
-Identification of the common parts of the building;
- Elimination of malfunctions and breakdowns of the common parts of the building;
-Support for the elevator and payment of electricity for common parts, elevator, etc.
Payment Scheme:
- deposit - 2000 Euro;
- down payment – 30% of the value of the contract, up to 30 days after signing the preliminary contract;
- second installment – 30% of the value of the contract, up to 3 months after the down payment;
- third installment – 30% of the value of the contract, up to 3 months after the second installment;
- fourth installment – 10% of the value of the contract when signing a notarial deed.
* The payment scheme is flexible and can be individual for each client.
