The complex consists of 26 studios and 16 apartments with 1 bedroom with an area of 32 sq.m. up to 64 sq.m. Apartments are sold with finishing „turnkey“.
The complex has a swimming pool, parking, and the area is fenced off for the safety and tranquility of vacationers and residents.


Support fee as a whole: 12.60 euros/sq.m. (excluding VAT).

Payment scheme:
2000 euros - reservation fee.

50% - when signing a preliminary agreement.

30% - before the expiration of 3 months.

20% - before the end of 6 months.
